The following information provides important guidance on attendance, arrival, collection and other key session arrangements. Arrival Time Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled session time. Attendance & Absence Regular attendance is encouraged to support player development and progression. If your child is unable to attend a session, please inform Rosa Sports in advance wherever possible. Parents and guardians are welcome to observe sessions unless otherwise communicated by the Rosa Sports team. Collection & Drop-Off Arrangements Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring the safe arrival and collection of all participants. Please inform Rosa Sports in advance of any changes to your usual collection arrangements or if an alternative collection arrangement is required. Cancellations & Changes Any cancellations, schedule changes, or important updates relating to the session will be communicated to parents/guardians in advance wherever possible. Emergencies For any urgent matters during a session, please speak directly with the lead coach or a member of the Rosa Sports team on site.
